4. Scope of access

A user with the “Family” role receives access only to the private “Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel Family Club” zone.

The account does not give access to the Breeder Panel, administrative data, statistics, documents, forms, other owners’ data or any other website management functions.

Attempting to bypass security measures or to reach administrative functions is prohibited and may result in the account being blocked or deleted immediately.

5. Rules for uploading materials

The user may upload photos, videos and descriptions concerning a dog from Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel.

Uploaded materials must not:

— break the law, — infringe the copyright or privacy of other people, — contain offensive, vulgar or discriminatory content, — contain advertising or spam, — show content unrelated to the purpose of the gallery, — contain other people’s personal data without their consent.

The user declares that they are the author of the uploaded materials or that they hold the appropriate rights and permissions to share them.

If other people, in particular children, are visible in the material, the user confirms that they hold the appropriate consent to publish their image.

6. Approval and publication

Every uploaded material requires prior approval by Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel.

Uploading material does not guarantee its publication.

Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel has the right to approve, reject, hide or delete material if it does not comply with these terms, the purpose of the zone or security rules.

7. Copyright and protection of materials

Copyright in the uploaded photos, videos and descriptions remains with their authors.

By uploading material, the user grants Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel a free, non-exclusive licence to store it, process it technically, protect it, watermark it and publish it in the private “Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel Family Club” zone.

The user consents to a watermark containing the name Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel and the address breederaneta.com being placed on photos and videos.

The watermark protects the materials against unauthorised copying, use and further distribution.

All materials published in the private zone are protected by copyright.

It is prohibited to:

8. Privacy of other users

The user may not share information about other owners, or materials published by them, outside the private zone.

Owners’ personal data, including email addresses, are not visible to other users.

Only approved information about the dog and the uploaded material may be visible in the gallery.

9. Blocking and deleting accounts

Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel may suspend, block or delete an account in the event of:

— breach of these terms, — providing false information, — sharing the account with a third party, — copying or distributing materials, — attempts to gain unauthorised access, — acting to the detriment of Rainbow Yorkies Puppy Kennel or other users.

10. Deleting materials and the account

The user may request the deletion of material they have uploaded or the closure of their account.

Removing material from the website does not affect the lawfulness of its earlier use during the period in which consent was in force.

Data will be kept only to the extent necessary to run the account, keep the system secure and meet legal obligations.

11. Liability
